Your body doesn’t need more complexity — it needs consistency.

When you give each elimination channel daily attention, the body responds with clarity, energy, and balance.

Here is your simple daily framework:
🌿 Colon
Support movement and gentle detoxification with Dandelion Root (tea, tincture, infusion, or capsule)

💧 Kidneys
Hydrate with room temperature water to support filtration without shocking the system

🌬️ Lungs
Open and soften the breath with steam to the face and chest + gentle gua sha to move stagnation
