The ears are one of my favorite areas to relieve tension. ❤️

You can do this on yourself! Grap your ear and, lightly, pull them away from your head. Pull out, up, and down.

Now, imagine being this donkey momma with big ol' heavy ears! She was loving the space that was being created. And the added affect of moving fascia around the area will help with blood flow.

Administering a Raindrop Technique on my rattlesnake bit horse.(Gypsy) Below is a list of oils and their functions during the process.

Valor: Balance and align the body
Oregano and Thyme: Awaken and cleanse
Basil: Release muscle tension
Cypress: Grounding and blood flow support
Wintergreen: Cools and supports muscles
Aroma Siez: Relax and supports muscles
Peppermint: Promotes other oil pe*******on
Eucalyptus: Promotes strong respiratory

Note: Gypsy is at the vet for a few days on recovery. She was given anti venom, anti inflammatory, and fluids. Essential oils are natural and can be used alongside western medicine to promote healing.

I am doing a program called 75 Hard. For 75 days, I need to complete two 45 minute workouts a day. One of those workouts needs to be outside. Trust me... an equine massage is a great arm, ab, and back workout! So, this is a great way to motivate myself and reward my clients for sticking with me! 😁

And, wait! There's a catch! If I miss one of my daily tasks, within that 75 days, I start all over at day one. And my $75 promotion will extent to my new completion date! 👍
