Where are my parks and rec and club 24 yogis at? It’s been about a year and now I am teaching locally again!! Wednesday evenings at 7-8pm at The Water Wheel. We are located in Whiting Mills. It is a similar style to what I presented at the gym. Here is a description of the class:

Radiant Flow with Karen
WED MAR 25, 7 - 8 PM
Move, breathe, and build strength in this energizing all-levels class that blends power poses with smooth vinyasa flow. Radiant Flow is designed to awaken your inner strength while keeping the practice accessible and supportive. Expect mindful movement, steady breath, and moments of challenge balanced with ease. This practice will help you to build heat, stability, and confidence on the mat.

Come as you are and leave feeling strong, energized, and radiant.

Shifting Sunday Gentle to 9:00 am offers more spaciousness—time to wake slowly, arrive settled, and begin your practice already feeling supported.
It even leaves room to pause at our entry table, play with the domino stones, set an intention, and truly arrive before stepping onto your mat.
Options for registering are a one class pass. (great if you are exploring), a five class pack(several reasons why this option is a perfect fit), or the ten class pack(when my budget allows I always go for the larger pack at area studios)!
