We offer heated & unheated yoga classes for students of all levels. You don’t need to be “flexible” & you don’t need any previous yoga experience. Our teachers are highly trained & our community is welcoming & supportive. In January, our unheated (not hot) gentle & restorative class with meditation & our slow flow class will return. Our studio is beautiful & spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. You don’t need to pre-register for class & your first class is free!

Every class we teach is a meditation in motion, but sometimes you need something in between. Heather Rems Korwin is offering this free, short, somewhat guided meditation on her youtube channel (thebentyogi). You can also join her or Andrew for class in the studio today!
