Mondays will be 6am to 9am and 12pm to 330pm
(PST 5am-8am and 11a-230p, EST 8a-11a and 2p-530p)

Tuesday will be 6am to 330pm
(PST 5am to 230pm, EST 8am to 530pm)

Wednesday will be 6am to 330pm
(PST 5am to 230pm, EST 8am to 530pm)

Thursday will be 6am to 130pm
(PST 5am to 130pm, EST 7am to 330pm)

Friday available 6am to 1pm via messaging only (no sessions will be available)
