Sprains and fractures can feel similar, but accurate diagnosis is key to proper healing.

💥 Warning Signs It Could Be a Fracture:

Severe pain that worsens with movement
Noticeable swelling or bruising
Deformity or bones that look misaligned
Inability to bear weight or move the affected area normally
Persistent numbness or tingling

✅ Tip: Even if it seems minor, get an X-ray or professional evaluation. Early diagnosis prevents complications and speeds recovery.

The sound you hear isn’t your bones grinding — it’s actually gas bubbles popping inside your joint fluid!

While habitual knuckle cracking isn’t harmful for most people, it can sometimes cause temporary swelling or reduced grip strength if done excessively.
If you ever notice pain, stiffness, or swelling in your hands, it’s a good idea to have them checked but rest assured, that satisfying pop isn’t causing arthritis. 👌
