Mi Casa Care Homes is seeking an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight for our two small Home Plus homes. This role is similar to a Director of Nursing, but in a supportive, home-like environment with flexible scheduling.

Position Details:

Part-time, 25–30 hours per week

Flexible schedule

Competitive pay based on experience

Requirements:

Active Kansas RN license

Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred

Ability to travel between Towanda and Wichita

🌸Mi Casa’s Gardening Club is in Bloom!🌸

We are excited to start our very first garden club for both of our facilities!

🪴Why is this beneficial for our residents?🪴

• A key benefit of gardening is physical health. Regular gardening activities such as weeding, planting and pruning can help improve flexibility, strength and hand-eye coordination. 💪🏼

• This activity is a natural stress reliever - it encourages mindfulness and provides a soothing environment 🧘‍♀️

• Boosts brain health💡Sensory stimulation from the colors, scents, and textures in the garden can help keep the mind sharp. Research shows this is beneficial in combating age-related cognitive decline.

Anddddd well be having a Home made Christmas dinner. We ventured off of our traditional menu and we’ll be serving red wine braised beef short ribs over a bed of mashed potatoes 🤤

Mi Casa Care Homes is looking for a compassionate CNA (CMA preferred) to join our Home Plus team.

Schedule: Fridays + every other weekend
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6a–6p

Slower pace than a nursing home

Small patient-to-staff ratios

Must have CNA certification & reliable transportation

If CMA certified, you’ll also assist with medication administration. Duties include helping residents with ADLs, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
