💙 Community Spotlight: Northwoods Partners 💙

Northwoods Partners is an incredible nonprofit senior services center local to the iron range. They provide FREE rides to medical appointments for elderly individuals who are low-income and no longer able to drive themselve. Something that truly makes a life-changing difference.

They are currently searching for dedicated volunteer drivers and donations to help maintain and continue the vital services they offer.

Transportation should never be a barrier to healthcare, and Northwoods Partners works tirelessly to make sure it isn’t.

This organization is run by an amazing group of women who are passionate, compassionate, and truly excellent at what they do. 💐

We have been fortunate to utilize Northwoods Partners for the past two years, and thanks to them, many of our residents have been able to safely get to their medical appointments….. something we are incredibly grateful for.

🎶🎵 We know the days are long, and the lists go on and on. But please stay strong because there's someone counting on you. 🎵🎶

It takes a special type of person to be a CNA/HHA, especially in long-term care. We have had the privilege to watch our staff learn, grow, and mold into a wonderful team of caregivers for our residents. At Vermilion Senior Living, its much more than "just a job." It's a calling.

Our gifted staff bring talent, empathy, kindness, dedication, teamwork, and passion to help make this facility a home for our seniors.

Our residents had a blast decorating gingerbread houses and enjoying a cozy hot cocoa bar with all the toppings.
After 2 hours of decorating and eating they were ready for their afternoon naps 😴
