Official 2025 Purely Pediatrics Halloween Joke. As is our tradition, we are asking our families to post their best family-friendly Halloween jokes here. That way, you can avoid the last minute, "Wait,Mom! I don't have a joke!!!" crisis, which inevitably ends with Dad giving them a joke that you really, really wish he hadn't (Yes...that might have, hypothetically, happened multiple times at our house). Happy Halloween Season Everyone!
