📣Grace Cottage Family Health is looking for a friendly, organized Full Time Administrative Float to join our team!

🖊️In this role, you’ll help create a positive experience for our patients by assisting with check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and supporting our providers and nursing staff with administrative needs. This position floats between registration and scheduling, so flexibility and strong customer service skills are key. Hours range from 6:30 am to 5 pm depending on the coverage needed. 📅

📋Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous clinical office or scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance is a plus
