With soft pets, steady breathing, and unconditional connection, 🐾💙 reminded everyone that they don’t have to carry hard moments alone!

Therapy dogs don’t fix difficult situations — but they help create a space where hearts can slow down, feel safe, and begin to heal with empathy, kindness, and compassion. 😊

Between classes, stress, and busy schedules, sometimes students just need a quiet moment, a soft ear, and a wagging tail to remind them they’re not alone. Holly was happy to be that reminder today — offering comfort, connection, and plenty of pets along the way! 🐾🐾

Wellness looks different for everyone, but kindness, presence, and of course,a therapy dog, are always a good place to start. 😊
