Super excited to have join the coaching staff for our Sports Prep Fitness camp this summer.

From collegiate All American, to Super Bowl Champion, to GOATA guru, Q will be bringing his knowledge to help coach speed and mechanics for our campers. Coach Q works with athletes of all ages and levels, from elementary schoolers to professional athletes, he has a lot of wisdom to impart.

I’ve gotten to spend quite a bit of time learning and watching him work, he’s one of a kind.

He is the first coach I’d like to introduce for our coaching line up this year for our summer camp. More to come, stay tuned!

Tuesday: Cardio and Core(Focus)

This was a ramp up that followed our extended warm up. The focus for this segment is fluid movement and elevating the heart rate in preparation for the real work load. The 2min time frame allows for athletes to work on breathing techniques before we kick things into high gear.
