Hi all!
Sharing updates for us today:
•No 3/18 Wednesday Porch Pick Up (back on 3/20 Friday)
•After 10 years at my “day job”, I decided to leave and focus my time now on our bakery’s next chapter.
•Our Bakehouse is coming on Tuesday! A dedicated production space that will help us streamline our workflow and make more bread! This space will help us grow including new opportunities such as:
-We will be developing workshops/classes on bread, baked goods, pizza/focaccia.
-Collaborate with community gardens, farms and bring what we do to folks of all ages who are interested in learning about bread.
-Develop pop-ups, special events, collaborations with area independent businesses.
-Offer wholesale breads/baked goods to cafes, coffeehouses.
-Continue to grow our give back program and partner with organizations that support food security.
•We will launch a fundraising campaign for a commercial oven complete with giving incentives and, yes, cool new cotton Bakehouse t-shirts! Stay tuned for details in the next two weeks!
Most importantly, we are here and growing because of YOU! Gerry and I are so grateful to bake bread for you each week and are so excited about our next chapter!
