You’re not imagining it, hours spent looking down at screens can strain your neck muscles and upper back, a modern-day condition known as “text neck.”

💡 Here’s how to reset your posture and reduce tension:
✅ Lift your screen: Keep it at eye level whenever possible — this keeps your spine in neutral alignment.
✅ Try gentle neck rotations: Slowly turn your head side to side to release built-up tension.
✅ Add shoulder rolls or shrugs: They activate supporting muscles and improve circulation.
✅ Move often: Take 1–2 minutes every 30–45 minutes to stretch, stand, or walk.

Small, consistent posture resets can help prevent chronic neck pain and headaches, and protect your long-term spinal health.

Shoulder pain in the front or top of your shoulder? It may involve the rotator cuff, but not all tears are the same.

Many people assume shoulder pain is “just a strain.” The real issue may involve the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, or subscapularis, and accurate diagnosis matters.

Some rotator cuff injuries can improve with a structured plan that combines chiropractic care and physical therapy. Others require imaging and surgical evaluation. The key is understanding which structures are involved.
