Simple kitchen tools can make a big difference for people living with arthritis, limited grip strength, or reduced mobility.

This Nutrition Month, we’re highlighting everyday tools that help make meal prep easier and more accessible.

Here are a few of our go-to tools:

🧄 Garlic Press - Reduces the need for fine chopping and helps limit strain on hands and wrists.

🔪 Mini Food Processor - Simplifies chopping and mixing with the push of a button, saving time and effort.

🥫Electric Can Opener - Removes the need for twisting or gripping, making opening cans safer and easier.

Cooking should feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable at any age. 🍽️💜
