Do you want to start practicing yoga in 2026 but do not know where to begin? Join UPDOG Studios for our introductory course where you will learn the foundations and fundamentals necessary to navigate a contemporary style yoga class. Begin your journey in a comfortable, accepting, and fun environment.

Cost includes 3 FREE Ignite classes for participants. Ignite begins at 7:15PM following the course.

Learn the precision and control necessary to safely work in arm balance & inversion postures while simultaneously building your functional strength.
