I am Reshaud and before I became the beast I am today I was a small, frail, boney kid who did not know much about anything.
I was so small in high school that it used to hurt to sit on my own ass too long.
In 2015 I had just got out of a bad relationship, was depressed, moved back in with my mother and failed my advancement exam in the Navy Reserve. I went and bought my first Gym membership at Gold's gym in Dundalk, MD and just started doing s**t. Had no idea what I was doing but just started moving weights around. Didn’t really get anywhere but it helped get my mind off the hell that was my life
In 2017 I got really fat after partying, drinking, and not giving a s**t about anything other than a good time. I failed my military weigh in and failed my semi-annual fitness test. I went to the doctor and he told me I had High blood pressure and High Cholesterol (which wasn’t much of a shocker I ate so much Asian food, I alone probably kept the lights on for the business)
I did KETO, Intermittent Fasting, going vegan, Herbalife products, detox teas, ab machines, waist trainers, sweat suits, 10 min ab workouts, and probably more than I can even remember. I was still fat.
I wasn’t successful long term with any of those because I couldn’t sustain any of those long term. I lost some pounds here and there, then gained it all back. It wasn’t until I started doing 1-2 hours of research a day that I finally found the secret techniques which are:
Calorie Deficit
Progressive Overload
Consistency
Learning from my mistakes
That’s it! In a nutshell that is all it takes but those are easier said than done. But I finally lost the weight and felt better once I made my health one of my Top 5 Priorities.
In 2018 I decided to make a business out of the information I collected. I had been in the Navy Reserve since 2011 and knew that next year I would be done with my Navy Career.
So I started Master Fitness. Taking all the information I had learned from the Navy, about 500 hours of YouTube videos, and my own personal experience, I started training and coaching people.
I didn’t become officially certified as a personal trainer until May 2019 but my passion exceeded the certification and knew I had to take action right away!
Since then I have helped 100’s of people shed off weight and others gain healthy muscle.
