You’ve seen 👀the Hyrox videos. Now let me actually explain what it is. 🏁

😀Most people watch the highlights and think it looks insane.

It is. 😅

But it’s also the most structured race you’ll ever compete in.👌🏽

Here’s everything you need to know — and how to prepare for it 👇

😵‍💫WHAT IT IS😎
8 runs of 1km each. Between every run — a functional workout station. Ski erg. Sled push. Sled pull. Burpee broad jumps. Rowing. Farmers carry. Sandbag lunges. Wall balls.
One course. One clock. Every fitness level welcome.

🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️HOW TO TRAIN FOR IT
Build your engine first — 60 to 90 minute cardio sessions, 3x a week. Not sprints. Sustained effort.
Train your legs 3 days a week — one heavy strength day, two endurance days under fatigue. Because the sled doesn’t care how tired you are.

Stop waiting to feel motivated.
Sign up for the race first.
Then get ready.

🥬🚀HOW TO FUEL IT

Protein every meal. 0.7–1g per lb of bodyweight. Carbs are not the enemy — they’re your race day fuel. 1 gallon of water daily. Electrolytes on long training days.
Swipe through, save this, and start building. 🫂

Thinking about your first Hyrox? Drop a 🏁 below — let’s talk prep. 👇🏽

You think you’re ready for Hyrox. Burpee broad jumps will humble you real quick. 🏁

Unless you’re Wu Warrior.👹🤠

She cleared 80 meters of burpee broad jumps in 4 minutes flat.
While the rest of the field was negotiating with their bodies — she was already moving.
Here’s the thing about that station that nobody talks about 🤡

You’ve already run 4km and hit 4 stations by the time you get there — your legs aren’t legs anymore.

You drop down for the burpee and getting back up feels like a negotiation with your body.

😵‍💫The jump that covers 6 feet in the gym covers maybe 4 feet now — and you’re doing it over and over.
🤕You finish the last rep and immediately start running again.

😈That’s Hyrox.

Here’s what Wu Warrior’s result actually means 🫨

That kind of performance under fatigue doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built — deliberately, specifically, over time.
Training the station fresh is not the same as training it cooked. She did the work before race day so race day felt like practice.

That’s what structured preparation looks like. 🎯

Follow for real Hyrox prep from a coach who’s been on that floor. 🏁

Master your Fitness Goals

Maximum Effort = Maximum Results

I am Reshaud and before I became the beast I am today I was a small, frail, boney kid who did not know much about anything.

I was so small in high school that it used to hurt to sit on my own ass too long.

In 2015 I had just got out of a bad relationship, was depressed, moved back in with my mother and failed my advancement exam in the Navy Reserve. I went and bought my first Gym membership at Gold's gym in Dundalk, MD and just started doing s**t. Had no idea what I was doing but just started moving weights around. Didn’t really get anywhere but it helped get my mind off the hell that was my life
