Do you love working with children and families? Our pediatric office is looking for a warm, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
📍 Location: Towson
🕒 Schedule: Full-time (M-F 7:45am-5pm and occasional weekend) and Part-time (M-TH 12n-7pm and occasional weekend)
💼 Start Date: Immediately
What You'll Do:
✅ Greet patients and families with a smile
✅ Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
✅ Handle check-ins, check-outs, and patient records
✅ Support a caring, kid-friendly environment
What We're Looking For:
💙 Friendly and professional demeanor
📞 Strong communication and multitasking skills
🖥️ Experience with medical office software (a plus!)
👶 Love for working around children and families
