Earth Pulse Yoga is what you would anticipate – a down-to-earth yoga studio where it doesn’t matter what you wear or how you look. We don’t wear fancy yoga clothes and we don’t believe you should save your questions until after class. We encourage our students to ask the questions as the questions arise because that’s when it is most important that they be answered. Our rules are simple: honor yourself and ask for what you need.

Hello yoga community.
I have stepped away from teaching studio yoga. I am available for private sessions as well as special events.

Many of you know about my passion for writing. I am in the midst of publishing one of my novels, Woodpecker Hotel, and that is where a lot of my energy is currently directed.

If you have questions about yoga, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with this beautiful and life-changing practice.
