In October 2024, PMS experienced a profound loss with the passing of our founder, owner, and president, Peter J. LaPaglia Jr. Pete founded PMS in 1995 and built a long, successful career in medical billing. He was a true leader & mentor and he left behind incredibly big shoes to fill. We miss him dearly.

In January 2025, longtime PMS team members Julia Deinlein and Kristina Castillo stepped into ownership of the company. Today, we’re proud to share that we’ve just completed our first successful year as owners.

We are deeply grateful to our clients for standing by us, believing in us, and supporting us through this transition. Your trust has meant more to us than words can express.

As we move forward, we are confident and committed to carrying on Pete’s vision and keeping PMS strong. We are also always looking to welcome new clients and continue growing the business we are so proud of. 💙
