Cellulite might signal a lymphatic system in need of support.

Between 80% and 90% of all women who’ve gone through puberty have cellulite. Less than 10% of men have cellulite.

Genetics, s*x, age, the amount of fat on your body and your skin’s thickness determine how much cellulite you have and how visible it is. As you age, your skin loses elasticity and can make the appearance of cellulite more evident. Gaining weight can also make the appearance of cellulite more prominent.

Although people with more body fat have pronounced cellulite, it’s not uncommon for very lean people to notice the appearance of cellulite.

Lymphatic Drainage 𝐵𝐸𝐹𝒪𝑅𝐸 detox…

What is Lymphatic Drainage? Lymphatic Drainage is your body's natural way of removing fluids, toxins, pathogens and waste through a series of pathways (the colon, liver/bile duct, kidneys, lungs, skin, lymphatic system and brain glymphatic system).

Drainage pathways are the bodies built in cleaning system and MUST precede detoxification. What happens if your shower drain or kitchen sink gets clogged? Things get backed up!
If these drainage pathways are not open, blocked or stagnant, toxins and chemicals you are trying to detox out can get stuck and reabsorbed and recirculated throughout the body. This is why a lot of people feel like sick or unwell when trying to detox or in general. It can also cause things like bacterial overgrowth, headaches, bloating, inflammation, puffiness under the eyes, cellulite, feeling swollen, hormone imbalances, heavy painful periods, skin issues, edema and other health issues.

Stagnation leads to disease
So we need to be supporting these pathways DAILY by doing some of the following:
•DAILY bowl movements
•Hydration
•Sweating in an infrared sauna
•Rebounding on a trampoline or jumprope
•Dry brushing

While rest, gentle activity, and following your post-op instructions are key, lymphatic drainage massage and other manual techniques can accelerate your recovery period.

Doctors who know of post surgery or post op MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) and the benefits of such treatments will often suggest treatment by a well-trained Post Surgery MLD therapist as soon as 3-days after surgery.

𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
Ultrasonic cavitation tones the body using radio frequencies and low-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves form bubbles around fat deposits under the skin. The bubbles then burst, breaking the fat deposits into the interstitial and the lymphatic systems where they are drained. The fat deposits are changed into glycerol and free fatty acids. Glycerol is then reused by the body while free fatty acids travel to the liver and are excreted as waste.
