Dr. Sheena Turner-August is now a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor — which means A to Z Psychotherapy can bring this training directly to your team.

Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to recognize the signs of a mental health crisis, respond with confidence, and connect someone to the right help. Think of it like CPR, but for mental health.

This is for schools, businesses, nonprofits, sports organizations, government offices — anyone who wants to show up better for the people around them.

Therapy, no barriers. Here’s what that means.
Through the City of Tracy’s Mayor’s Grant, A to Z Psychotherapy is offering free therapy sessions for teens in our community.

NO COST! Just real support for young people who need it.

Dr. Sheena Turner-August built this practice on one belief — where you grow up shouldn’t determine whether you get help.

A to Z also hosts a free monthly workshop series every first Saturday at 35 10th Street, Suite A in Tracy. Depression, anxiety, trauma, healthy relationships and more. 10–11:30AM, open to all.
