This past week marked 1 year back in my hometown with my business. It has been a year of endless possibilities and blessings.

For one, finding this location at .by.nik has been a blessing. Being a part of this facility has pushed me out of my comfort zones. It’s truly a community where friends become family. I love coming out of my zen cave and seeing all the hard work happening in the gym. I love hearing all the laughs, words of affirmations and motivation coming from the leaders in this facility. .p.s_kickboxing_and_fitness_ .by.nik

This year I’ve been blessed with a business thats been fruitful enough to where I can extend blessings to others by donating to teams and sponsoring athletes. Which has always been a dream of mine. Including teaming up with my brother and his business to collaborate in the continued healing and growth of our clients.

In conclusion of this year, having a sustainable business that has a network community of entrepreneurs that work together to build each other up. I’ve found a flow that allows family time and travel.

Having a high pain tolerance isn’t always a badge of honor because it’s often a sign of survival.

A nervous system that’s learned to override discomfort, ignore the body’s signals, and push through at all costs.
You’ve learned to suppress, as you were conditioned by your environment. You may be “tough” but it comes at a cost. Total mind and body numbness.
