Gentle morning stretches help loosen tight muscles and keep your back happy through all the holiday hustle.
🎁 2. Lift Gifts Like Santa, Not a Scrooge
Bend your knees, keep packages close to your body, and avoid twisting while lifting. Your spine will thank you.
🎁 3. Warm Up Before You Deck the Halls
Hanging wreaths, climbing ladders, moving furniture — treat it like a mini workout and warm up first!
🎁 4. Take “Elf Breaks”
Set a timer to stand, walk, or stretch every 30–45 minutes when wrapping gifts, baking, or relaxing by the fire.

Water keeps joints lubricated and muscles functioning smoothly — even during cocoa season!
