Tuesday Truth

When fear creeps in, Our thoughts scatter.
We overthink. We rush. We spiral.

We weren’t created to live like that.

After a full week of purposeful living, we went to encourage you to stay locked in for the weekend. This is how intention and exercise become habit.

Where did your focus drift this week?
What pulled you out of the present moment?
What do you need support with right now?

Calm power doesn’t mean doing it along.
It means knowing when to realign.

If you need help, refocusing, reach out
You’re not behind – – your building.

Presence is a form of trust. When we stay here, we give ourselves permission to breathe, to settle, and to let tomorrow arrive on its own.

03/02/2026

Your power is not in the rush.
It’s in your awareness
It’s in your breath
It’s in this moment

Slow down. Focus. Execute. Matthew 6:34

This Women’s History Month we honor Susan Tankersley, founder and Executive Director of the Heritage Institute and Family Center – – a 501 C3 nonprofit mental health clinic and teaching Institute established in 2019.

What began as a vision has become a growing resource for individuals and families spacing some of life’s most difficult situations. Susan has been unwavering in her calling: to build a place that offers real answers, real training, and real hope.

Even in the face of multiple current rejections from within her closest circles, she did not retreat. Instead, like a sound wave, her mission expanded – – finding unexpected partners, locally, and beyond, who believed in the importance of accessible, ethical and compassionate mental healthcare.

Her work is not confined to one corner of South Carolina. It’s growing– – through education, clinical training, and direct services – – to strengthen communities and equip professionals, pastors, and other organizations to serve with excellence.

This women’s history month we recognize a woman whose persistence is building healing infrastructure and will impact generations.

Connection doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens when we slow down long enough to see the person in front of us.
