There's something about spring that calls for a reset 🌿🌱🪴 Last week I did three foot detoxes in one day - one for a woman in remission from leukemia, another for my niece for her pollen allergies and one for me to detox after a round of antibiotics. It's gentle enough for children and those immunocompromised, but powerful in that it's the only foot detox in the US that uses medical-grade technology 👏🏼 Book it as a stand-alone therapy or pair it with a sauna session and massage for more therapeutic benefits 👣

March is booking quickly ‼️ In the next two weeks, Madison's only openings are next Tuesday, the 17th at or after 1pm and next Thursday, the 19th. Kobi's only openings left this month are tomorrow at 2pm and Saturday, March 28th after noon! Tonja has a few morning appointments available next week and then all her morning slots are taken for the rest of March (she does have afternoon availability though!).

There are some new faces here, so let me re-introduce our Hands That Hear team 💛

From left to right - Tonja, Madison, Kelly (that's me) and Kobi.

This mission of having hands that hear began almost 8 years ago when I was 19 - to offer not just a massage, but an experience, to peel back and relieve layers of pain, not just touch the surface, and to really listen to the body's clues in order to be what I call a muscle interpreter of the human body. I'm so grateful for these women who share these same values and who are always bettering themselves as therapists. Kobi continues to take courses in Craniosacral Therapy and has been specializing in more TMJ Release work for clients with headaches, jaw pain and teeth grinding. Madison continues to see more prenatal clients to help them prepare for an easier birth and loves all things trigger point related, movement cupping and fascia blasting. I've started training other MT's in cupping and abdominal massage through in-person classes (which we have one coming up in April 👀). Tonja has a passion for lymphatic drainage and will be certified by April, when she will start offering lymphatic drainage sessions, which has been highly requested ❣️

We love this community and we love serving you. 🫶🏼
