I've been thinking lately about keeping a jar with pink and blue beads in our office for each baby boy and girl that has been announced by our pregnant mamas. We've seen so many moms through multiple pregnancies (including twins 💗) and holding the babies and guessing the gender is so fun + so special. Since I stepped back from massage, Madison became prenatal certified and has carried on the torch, seeing up to six prenatal massages in just one week ✨ There is no mistaking how good a side-lying massage with three pillows on a heated table feels, but my favorite benefits (since I love the science 🙃) are the studies proving regular prenatal massage decreases labor time by an average of three hours, decreases premature labor by 75% and low birthweight by 80% 🤯 So, yes, you deserve the massage, and also... your baby does too 🥰

Some highlights of 2025 ✨

🌟 Madison officially became a full-time MT with us the beginning of the New Year and went on to become certified in visceral manipulation + prenatal massage🤰🏻
🌟 Tonja came on with us as a therapist in June and took my cupping class that same month to become certified 🙌🏼
🌟 Kobi became certified in intra oral release and attended her second Craniosacral Therapy seminar 🎊
🌟 I became a licensed Continuing Ed provider and taught my very first cupping class 🎉
🌟 We were much better at self-care and giving each other massages ❤️
🌟We received countless, positive testimonials 🤗

There have been many days, especially recently, where I hesitate before closing the door at the end of the day and I reflect on all the prayers Jesus has answered for our space to be one of healing and peace. For His glory + for your good, always.
