We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for all the families who joined us last Friday for our annual Christmas dinner. We are honored to consider this community our own.

From the live music, to the delicious dinner, and the joy of opening gifts, it was truly a memorable evening. We are deeply touched by the love and support we have built within these halls.

Thank you to everyone who came out and volunteered their time, as well as all our staff, who made this night go so smoothly.

We hope you all have a wonderful holiday week and remember that the memories we create during this time can last a lifetime!

As we enter the second week of the winter season, residents have been embracing the holiday spirit while also preparing for the upcoming weather.

From singing Christmas songs with our live entertainment, to holiday baking and engaging activities, we continue to provide a warm and festive atmosphere.

We are eagerly anticipating the upcoming events, including our annual Christmas dinner, caroling, and everything else this season has to offer.

We hope you and your families remain warm and safe as we enter this holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving Week

We are truly grateful to celebrate our cherished community members, both near and far. Last Friday, our residents and their families dressed up for a formal dinner held right in the comfort of their homes. We were privileged to have Great Lakes Physical Therapy , Hospice of Michigan and Advisacare volunteers assist in making this event a memorable occasion. A special thank you to David Chown for the wonderful piano performance.

We wish you all a fantastic Thanksgiving week, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for our formal dinner for your loved ones.

Happy Veterans Day!

First, we want to express our sincere gratitude to all our veterans. Today, we honor all those who have served our country and all those who are still serving.

Today, we were able to honor our veterans with a special pizza luncheon. Surrounded by a few local veterans who were kind enough to spend some time with our loved ones, we followed this lunch with a Veterans Day ceremony where we watched tributes to our veterans and handed out certificates and pins for their service.

We hope everyone feels honored, loved, and appreciated on this special day.

We have officially arrived in November, the month dedicated to expressing gratitude, honoring veterans, and cherishing our loved ones. Last week, our staff concluded the Halloween season with an incredible spirit week! We were thrilled to witness an amazing turnout of participants throughout the week. This upcoming month promises to be filled with exciting activities, and we can’t wait to share our weekly plans with you all!

Over the weekend, our staff and the surrounding community facilitated another fantastic Trunk-or-Treat here at Terra. We had a total success thanks to all of the volunteers who participated in this event. We had 20 amazing, decorated trunks that were so well put together! The weather was perfect, and our residents certainly enjoyed it all.

We want to express our gratitude to everyone who participated in this wonderful day. From our fall festival to the trunk or treat, each person involved helped make this year go so smoothly.

Thank you to Anywhere Ice Cream, Hospice of Michigan, Aurora Pharmacy, Heartland Hospice, TC Lofts, Options for Senior Living and all the other staff and family members who participated. We cannot wait to do it all over again next year!
