Droppin’ needles into the infraspinatus! As you see on the image, this muscle attaches to the backside of the scapula which can commonly get “gunky”. This gunkiness not only causes pain behind the shoulder, but can also alter the mechanics of the scapula and lead to other issues! We need that scapula to rotate freely.
