FREE FLU SHOTS!!!

Youth Health and Wellness Center (YHWC) and K-Town Youth Health Center (KTYHC), in partnership with the Grand Traverse County Health Department (GTCHD), are excited to announce a curbside flu vaccine clinic for your students this Friday, December 11th, from noon-4pm at YHWC for youth between 10-21 years old. No cost and no insurance needed!

The process is simple...

1) A parent or legal guardian must complete a consent (if you are 18 or older, you may complete the consent yourself), please fill out this consent form in advance (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScFnsRAVvRuZsHfAqta4A3IpD-1eQvaM3iBlkUnfa0KYqklqg/viewform)

3) Arrive at your designated time wearing a mask (and short sleeves), you don’t even have to get out of your car.
4) Feel good knowing you’re protecting yourself and those you care about!

*If you are currently sick, experiencing COVID or flu-like symptoms or have been instructed to quarantine, then please do not sign up for a time slot this Friday. Reach out to us, 231-922-6416, and we can try to make other arrangements for you*

DIRECTIONS: YHWC is located on the campus of the Career Tech Center (880 Parsons Rd. TC). When you arrive, follow the drive around the left side of the building, we are the first building on the left.
