Does anyone remember the story we posted about the cleaner that thought one of our clients had big pile of w**d on the counter? She wouldn’t clean anywhere near it, which is fair because we don’t touch drugs or paraphernalia, so I went to check it out cause the pic didn’t look like w**d. Yup. Matcha.

FOUR! Four meezly little streams of water coming out of this! It made me laugh when I was doing a quality check at this home. You have to be super careful with black or brushed bronze fixtures so I took it easy, and this one doesn't have the nozzle nubs to pick the buildup out of so I'll need to come back with a better tool. It's way better, but could use some extra love.

Most scented cleaners mask dust, oils, and residue, they don’t remove them. In this video I break down what dust actually is and why truly clean homes don’t smell like products at all.

I saw this on another cleaners page. Some people would look at this and go "WOW! That's amazing!", and I totally agree it looks dramatic. BUT! Some people would be heartbroken over it. This is patina and it's a protective, decorative oxidation layer formed naturally over time or accelerated using chemicals like ammonia, salt, or vinegar. Antiqueing compounds can also be used to achieve patina.

It's aged like a fine wine or steak, and it's best to confirm with the owner which style they prefer.
