Your body just performed a miracle. Healing requires rest, even short naps or moments of stillness can make a difference.

💧 2. Stay hydrated & nourished.
Water and nutrient-dense foods help your body rebuild tissue, support milk production, and balance hormones.

🧘‍♀️ 3. Move gently.
