❌ Sticky, chewy, or hard sweets are candies that damage braces
✅ Soft, non-sticky sweets like chocolate are safe and braces-friendly Halloween candy
🦷 Sticky candies get trapped around wires and are tough to clean.
😬 Sour candies are harsh on enamel and not worth the risk.

3️⃣ Wrap the ends around your fingers for better control.
4️⃣ Gently move the floss in a ‘C’ shape to clean each tooth.
5️⃣ Repeat until your whole mouth feels fresh!
