Babies go through a lot as they grow and adapt, and sometimes their little bodies can hold tension from birth, positioning, or developmental changes.

When that happens, it can show up as difficulty settling, disrupted sleep, or increased fussiness.

Supporting their body and helping them feel more comfortable can make a big difference, not just for them, but for you too.

Most people don’t realize how important pelvic balance is during pregnancy

As your body changes and adapts, the alignment and movement of the pelvis play a key role in how comfortable you feel, and how much space baby has to move and position.

When there is tension or imbalance, it can create restrictions. But when the body is more balanced and supported, baby often has more freedom to settle into an optimal position naturally.

This isn’t about forcing anything, it’s about creating an environment where your body and your baby can function the way they’re designed to.

If you feel like you’re constantly in “go mode”… you’re not alone

Morning Musings: Stop hating yourself for everything you aren’t and start loving yourself for everything you are.
It is soooooo easy to see allllll the flaws. Looking at others wanting what they have whether in looks, friends, homes, jobs.
Newsflash….you were meant to be you. Start by finding 1 thing you really like about yourself. Maybe it’s your sense of humor. Maybe it’s the color of your eyes. Whatever it is, dwell on it.
There is a reason YOU are here and that we aren’t all born to be the same. If you really want to have/be/do what someone else is, then you must first appreciate where you are so you can grow from there.

Small changes done consistently will always outperform big changes done occasionally

It’s easy to think you need to overhaul everything to feel better - but often, it’s the simple daily habits that make the biggest impact over time.

🤍 Start your day with water to rehydrate your body and support energy.
🤍 Get morning sunlight to help regulate your sleep and internal clock.
🤍 Take a short walk after meals to support digestion and blood sugar balance.
🤍 Break up long periods of sitting to reduce strain and keep your body moving well.
🤍 Put your phone away before bed to improve sleep quality and recovery.
🤍 Slow your breathing when overwhelmed to help shift your body out of stress mode.
🤍 Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods to fuel your body properly.
🤍 Get outside daily to support both physical and mental well-being.
🤍 And support your nerve system consistently so your body can function, adapt, and heal the way it’s designed to by getting adjusted regularly

“Sleep regression”…
