Working with these beautiful ingredients today, developing a new vegan dish for next weekend’s Spring Wellness Retreat. ☀️ Did you know that there are quite a few plants that can provide us with all 9 essential amino acids, the same 9 amino acids that many people think we can only get from meat? 🌱 When we focus on incorporating many types of plants into our meals, including seeds and pseudo-grains like h**p hearts, chia seeds, manoomin, buckwheat, amaranth, and quinoa, we can provide our bodies with the protein and other nutrients they need to thrive. ✨

My upcoming Spring Wellness Retreat is officially SOLD OUT! ☀️ If you wanted to come but couldn’t make it for one reason or another, please come to one or a few of my upcoming Plant-Based Dinners. 🌱 These dinners will be causal and a fun way to meet great people! More details below.

- PLANT-BASED DINNER SERIES -

Opt for something fun and unique this March and April, a pop-up plant-based casual dinner series happening in Traverse City! 🌱 Enjoy 3 courses plus appetizers featuring seasonal and local plant-based foods, thoughtfully paired with craft non-alcoholic beverages and a wide array of music. Bring your favorite records to contribute to the evening’s vibe. 🎶 Dinners are limited to 8 people per evening and will take place on select Saturday nights in March and April. (See dates below.)

$30 per person / due when reservation is made / dinner address given with reservation confirmation ✨

✨ March Dinner Date:

• Saturday, March 28th / 6:30 PM

✨ April Dinner Date:

• Saturday, April 4th / 6:30 PM

✨ If 1 person books, the price is $600 and covers all your activities, food, n/a beverages, and lodging for the weekend, and you’ll get the bedroom all to yourself.
Yoga On The Beachk, the price is $400 per person and covers all your activities, food, n/a beveragehearthsaunang for the weekend. Each person gets their own bed.

✨ If 3-4 people book, the price is $300 per person and covers all your activities, food, n/a beverages, and lodging for the weekend. Each person shares a queen-sized bed with someone in their group.

* As we celebrate the Spring Equinox…the beginning of spring…we’ll also be enjoying the following:
