I’ve always said, Medical doctors and veterinarians become Homeopaths. I’ve never heard of a Homeopath becoming an MD or DVM. 🤔

Meet Ellie!

She *had* hyperaesthesia- a severe neurological condition. She would twitch uncontrollably which would result in her running and hiding, trying her best to try and escape the uncomfortable twitching.

The picture is Ellie after homeopathy. Relaxed and happy. The video is of Ellie before homeopathy, and this was a mild episode 😢

From her owner, “Thank you so much for helping her. The thought of her living with these episodes until her old age was really devastating…I now know that it’s no longer the case and we are forever grateful🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼”

The vets told her that Ellie’s condition could not be cured. I guess they never heard of homeopathy 😉

Meet sweet little Nico. He was diagnosed with Atlantoaxial luxation. Atlantoaxial (AA) luxation is a condition in which instability or excessive movement is present between the first two vertebrae within the neck. This instability allows abnormal bending between the two bones, which causes compression of the spinal cord. Typically steroids, pain meds, neck brace and surgery are recommended.

Nico was unable to walk and his prognosis was guarded - possibly able to walk within 12 weeks. I took Nico's case, prescribed the correct homeopathic remedies to him ( in his case I did use different remedies that were given at separate times)
5 DAYS after starting his homeopathic treatment plan, Nico was walking! He still needs to be guarded, wears a neck brace for stability, but he is walking on his own!

YAY little Nico! Keep on healing little buddy.

EDIT** Nico is not only walking on his own, but running! He is able to jump on the couch and climb up and down stays! Way to go, Nico ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You don’t move through your body — you live inside it. In Buddhist thought, the body is not something to neglect or abuse; it is the vehicle for awareness, the place where this human life unfolds.

So treat it like a home, not a machine.

Feed it properly.
What you eat becomes your energy, your mood, your clarity. Mindful eating isn’t about rules or guilt — it’s about nourishment. Food should support life, not punish the body. Eat with awareness, gratitude, and balance. The body remembers what you give it.

Move it daily.
Movement is respect. Walking, stretching, breathing — these are not chores, they are acts of care. In Buddhism, walking meditation reminds us that even simple movement can be sacred. A body that moves stays alive, flexible, and resilient.

Rest it wisely.
Rest is not laziness. It is repair. A tired mind cannot be peaceful, and an exhausted body cannot heal. The Buddha taught the middle path — not overindulgence, not self-neglect. Sleep, pause, and stillness are part of strength.

Respect it.
Listen when it speaks. Pain, tension, fatigue — these are messages, not inconveniences. Don’t compare your body to others. Don’t punish it for not being perfect. This body carries you through joy, grief, effort, and growth. It deserves kindness.

Care for your body not out of fear of aging,
but out of gratitude for being alive.

Your body is your home.
Treat it with reverence.
Always. 🪷
