THIS is what consistency looks like as a mom—

This isn’t about the workout…
this is about everything going on in the background.

The kids. The chaos.
The fact that it was late and I was tired…

But this is consistency.

Not doing it perfectly.
Not forcing it.
Not pushing through just to check a box.

Consistency is showing up,
listening to your body,
and doing what actually feels best that day.

I’m not a hustle-harder, no-pain-no-gain, follow-the-plan-at-all-costs type of coach.

Because I’ve seen way too many women (myself included) turn “consistency” into perfection in disguise… and end up stressed, overwhelmed, and ready to quit.

And when your hands are already full?
Carrying that kind of pressure is heavy as hell.

Real consistency takes your life into account.
Your cycles. Your seasons. Your energy.

It adjusts so you can actually feel successful—
and keep going.

I thought I was “doing core work” for years.

Crunches. Planks. Classes. All of it.

But I wasn’t actually using my deep core or pelvic floor properly, an definitely not in a coordinated effort.

Which is why:
• my back still hurt
• my belly wouldn’t change
• and things still felt off

Once I learned how to properly reconnect?

Everything changed.

Stronger.
More supported.
And my body finally started responding.

OMG the internet is so fu***ng noisy.

We are just bombarded with

With our feeds full of perfection, doing all the things, having all the stuff and losing all the weight it can send us in to a literal tailspin of “what the hell do I even do”

Let’s simplify this:

Step 1: What do you actually WANT?
Like… not what you think you should want.

Do you really care about a smaller arbitrary number on the scale or your dress tag?…
or do you want:
• your back to stop hurting
• to not leak when you sneeze
• to feel strong and capable again
• to not feel held back in your own body

Be honest. That answer matters.

Step 2: WHY?

If weight loss is for health — cool. Valid.
But let me save you some time…

👉 Losing weight is NOT fixing chronic pain, leaking, or a disconnected core.

If your why is deeper than that?
Like… you want to feel like a badass again?
You want your kids to see what it looks like to take care of your body, not punish it?

Yeah. That’s the kind of why that actually changes things.

Step 3: What’s actually stopping you?

Time?
Fear?
Thinking you’ll fail again?
Not feeling worth it?

Now flip it.

What would you tell your kids if they said that?

Back arching and sagging in planks and tabletop core work IS NOT CORE WORK!

We cannot keep proper stabilization and core connection if we shift our pelvis front and back or let it sag. Sorry to burst your bubble. But don’t waste your time!

Instead- try prepping your core work here⬇️

✅Start with breathing into your belly, ribs & back

✅Enagage pelvic floor (slight lift)

✅Enage your Transverse Abdominals (deepest core muscles)

✅Exhale first and continue to exhale through your movement

✅There is no shame in trying a modified version of your exercise!

Go slow, be patient, stay consistent and know when you need a little extra guidance to rock out your core work…be sure to snag your spot for the Abs, Core, Pelvic Floor two part series (link in bio!)
