THIS is what consistency looks like as a mom—
This isn’t about the workout…
this is about everything going on in the background.
The kids. The chaos.
The fact that it was late and I was tired…
But this is consistency.
Not doing it perfectly.
Not forcing it.
Not pushing through just to check a box.
Consistency is showing up,
listening to your body,
and doing what actually feels best that day.
I’m not a hustle-harder, no-pain-no-gain, follow-the-plan-at-all-costs type of coach.
Because I’ve seen way too many women (myself included) turn “consistency” into perfection in disguise… and end up stressed, overwhelmed, and ready to quit.
And when your hands are already full?
Carrying that kind of pressure is heavy as hell.
Real consistency takes your life into account.
Your cycles. Your seasons. Your energy.
It adjusts so you can actually feel successful—
and keep going.
Because if you’re doing “all the right things”
but your body and mind are wound tight like a spring…
something’s gonna snap
Follow along for more real-life advice to help you feel like the badass you are…
not by doing more—but by finally doing what actually works for you.
