Calling all Early Birds! 🐦🐧
If you are interested in yoga but your week days are full, try dropping in to a morning class! This is a wonderful way to wake up your mind and body and fuel positive energy needed to make it though these (very!) cold winter months.

Winter session began at the beginning of January and runs through March 28th, 2026.

Drop in Rates:
$18 -$25 depending on length of class.

A little more about Jodi, our Sound Bath Facilitator:
Jodi’s journey into sound healing began with her own positive experiences attending local sound baths, which benefited her physical and emotional wellbeing. In 2023, she earned her level 1 certification in sound healing with individual clients from the Sound Healing Academy, followed by level 2 certification for advanced individual work in 2025. In April 2025, Jodi expanded her sound healing services to the community through group sound baths, aiming to bring vibrational healing to as many people as she can.
Jodi, a social worker, has more than 17 years of experience working with adults individually and in groups. She offers private practice services here at the Grand Traverse Commons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in in beautiful Northern Michigan, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
