Just a little business update!

I got an email from YouTube the other morning that was congratulating me for reaching 500 subscribers! I was speechless to say the least. When The Lord led me to start a beach yoga business, just to not only lead me right out of it 3 months later, but to lead me into the biggest paradigm shift of my life, I had no idea why or for what purpose. But like all things, I just said “okay, God.” And I chose to listen, and I am so thankful that I did! This ministry that The Father has placed in my hands, I don’t deserve. I am the worst at time management, I am lazy to say the least, but He is shaping me daily and I could not be more humbled. And that is exactly what this season is for me. Humbling.

So here is a quick thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. This ministry. I have enjoyed creating these alternatives to yoga so much. But above all, thank you for walking alongside me as we glorify His Kingdom above ALL else.

I never knew what The Lord had planned when He called me to use this platform to glorify His name + His desires above my own. I am so overwhelmed at the responses that I continue to receive in regards to my decision moving forward, or I guess, not moving forward, with teaching yoga. (If you’re just as confused as I was a week and a half ago, you can find it in my ‘yoga’ highlight on Instagram ( 😅) The amount of encouragement + support that you all have shown me through this decision will forever by imprinted on my heart. These decisions are not easy, especially knowing that there is not one “right” answer with these things, but God, being so patient + loving, has given me every drop of confidence that I was needing.
It is such a slight shift in a different direction from where I was going, but seeing Gods hand through it all is something I cannot create on my own, nor would I want to!
His thoughts are not my thoughts, neither are His ways mine, and for that I am eternally grateful 🌾 ( photo - )

There are many different factors that can cause bad posture in most people. Whether you are sitting at a desk for the majority of your day or you have just picked up bad posture habits over the years, these 8 yoga poses will help to:


1. Alleviate back pain that is caused by incorrect posture
2. Strengthen muscles in the back, neck + shoulders to help in maintaining better posture
3. Support better digestion
4. Promote proper spine curvature


These 8 poses feel amazing after a long day. You can either do one or two of these, or all, just be mindful of your own body and what feels best for YOU. 🌿
