🚨 This was my first nutritional wake-up call — and it changed everything.
I used to think I was eating pretty healthy… until I realized nearly everything I was buying was loaded with toxic seed oils.
🥗 “Healthy” salad dressings
🍿 Kids’ snacks
🌯 Restaurant meals
🥖 Even foods labeled organic or natural
…all packed with inflammatory oils like canola, soybean, sunflower, safflower, and cottonseed.
These oils are:
⚠️ Highly processed
⚠️ Oxidized before they even hit the shelf
⚠️ Linked to inflammation, hormone imbalance, and blood sugar issues
They sneak into your pantry, disrupt your metabolism, and fuel long-term health problems — all while being marketed as “heart healthy.” 🙄
💥 Learning this was the moment I started looking at everything differently — labels, ingredients, and how food actually impacts hormones, not just calories.
💛 You don’t have to be perfect — but awareness is power.
