🔥 YOUTH PROGRAMS START JAN 5TH! 🔥
There’s still time to sign up for our 4-week youth strength training program at Results Gym — but spots are LIMITED.
This program is designed specifically for ages 10–15, focusing on the fundamentals of strength training — proper form, safe equipment use, efficient workouts, and building healthy habits that support long-term strength and confidence.
This isn’t just a workout… it’s education, structure, and leadership for the next generation.
🗓 Starts January 5th
📍 Mondays & Wednesdays
✨ Ages 10–12: 5–6 PM
✨ Ages 13–15: 6–7 PM
💵 Pricing Options:
• $150 — Twice per week (8 sessions over 4 weeks)
• $80 — Once per week (4 sessions over 4 weeks)
