Hello! We are Casey and Tammy Anderson Ward, owners of the Wellness Studio on Main street in Tremonton. We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and thank you for the warm welcome from the community since we opened in August of 2024.

We have lived in the area for the past 15 and a half years. We have a big family (8 kids) and love it here. I am grateful to continue growing our services locally at the Wellness Studio.

Did you know you can rent our facility for your own events, whether private or for business?

Did you know that we offer foot zoning, reiki and just added massage therapy to our list of services with Ashley Olsen? You can go on our website and schedule those or text us at 435-339-0442.

We are now offering Tuesday night breathwork for only $22. These will be held from 6-8 pm. Please reserve your spot in advance so we know how many to prepare for. Thank you!
