Join us for a special December Story Time with Cheyanne, where we’ll settle into the salt cave, and breathe in the calming, healing air, while enjoying stories about the wonders of the snow! ❄️

My heart is so full tonight 💖 I had the honor of holding space for our first Mom Cave session.

I am beyond grateful to be of service in this way, and so excited to continue growing this sacred space for mama’s in our community. 🌿

Neither of them knew they were both flashing the peace sign with their right hand ✌🏼 … siblings are funny like that. 💛

In this picture are 2 of my 3 kids. They all 3 absolutely love the salt cave. They’ll even ask to come when they feel like they need it- and it’s been incredible to see more and more kids over the years recognize the benefits of natural healing all on their own. 💓

Teaching them simple, fun, and natural ways to stay healthy is such a win-win. 🙌

Now that school is in full swing, illnesses are already circulating, not to mention those pesky allergies. That’s why this is the perfect time to be proactive- not just reacting when we’re already run down.

The salt cave is a beautiful way to support your health, your kids’ health, and your family’s wellbeing. It’s worth every minute you take to rest, restore, and care for yourself. 💫

On Tuesday, September 23rd at 5pm, I’m opening up the salt cave for something so deeply needed: an evening of renewal, connection, and empowerment.

This is more than just time to relax (though the salt cave will absolutely hold you in peace 😌).

It’s the start of a transformational series designed to help you step into balance, confidence, and joy in motherhood.

Each monthly gathering will include:
💫 A restorative hour in the salt cave
💫 Deep connection + community with other mamas who truly get it
💫 A coaching session with me, where each month we explore powerful topics like:
•Reclaiming your self-care without guilt
•Setting boundaries with strength + love
•Creating time + energy flow that actually works
•Understanding the unique ways each of your kids needs you
•Living fully as your authentic self, and more! 🌟

This is your space to be seen, heard, and supported.
My heart is to walk alongside you, as a mama myself, helping you build on life-long tools that will help you find balance, remind you that you are worthy of love, rest, and community, and deep joy in your life.💗
