🌍📚 Calling All Guest Readers! 📚🌍

We’re getting ready for our "Speech Adventures Around the World" summer camp, and we’d LOVE to invite some of our favorite community leaders to be guest readers!

This has become one of our campers’ favorite parts, and we’re so thankful for those of you who come back year after year ❤️

✨ You can:
• Read one of our themed books (we’ll send titles ahead of time)
• OR bring your own book that fits our “around the world” theme

It’s a simple, meaningful way to connect with our kiddos and be part of something special!

💙 Let’s Light It Up Blue! 💙

April 2nd is Light It Up Blue for Autism Acceptance Month! Since we’ll be on spring break next week, we’re teaming up with Trenton Special School District and celebrating on Wednesday, April 8th instead!

Wear your blue, snap a pic, and share it—any day works! 📸 Be sure to tag Cassie or Words for Life so we can fill our feed with support, love, and LOTS of blue!

Our friends on the spectrum are truly some of the most incredible, unique kiddos we know. They teach us daily about compassion, patience, kindness, flexibility… and let’s be honest—how to have a whole lot of fun too. 💫

We are so grateful to be part of their journeys. And to our amazing families—thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be a small piece of your child’s story. What a gift that is. 💙

‼️Update: We will be closed Wednesday & Thursday this week, but plan to be open Friday. Our parking lot has been cleared for the most part. Merry Christmas from the Words for Life team! I am so so thankful for what these ladies do every single day & the way they impact every child/family we serve! We have been blessed to serve the Trenton, West Carroll, & part of Gibson County school districts this year, along with our kiddos at the Center and Tennessee’s Early Intervention System, & we are so thankful!
Thank you to Ms Lori at To The Last Drop for hosting us for lunch!

Last session before Thanksgiving break was a hit!!
1st pic shows their faces when I told them “I’m taking a break next Friday!” 😂
2nd pic was after they saw the cute snack/craft from Ms. Kellie.
The last pic was a fun “race” that got them super competitive. We laughed so hard, but they worked even harder!!!! I sure have loved all of my Friday Friends so far this semester!!!!
