Purpose
The cleaning service client policy, the course of action that the comapny will take & the clients must be aware of as the company render services. The provision of the policy will effciency of the company's performance in providing the prescribed cleaning services.
Definition Of Terms
1. Cleaning Technician - This is the individual in charge of the cleaning & maintenance of the primaty duties include inspecting the premises, disposing of garbage, & maintaining proper orderly conditions.
2. Inconvenience Fee - This refers to an additional charge paid to cover any costs incurred by the contractor following the client's failure to cpmply with the terms of service.
3. Valuable Items - This refers to any replaceable, collectible, or expensive objects including jewlery, cash, & electronic devices.
This policy covers all clients, covers all service reminders, conditions & agreements made by the Contractor & the Client! All appointments made outside of the 6 mile range, clients will be charged a flat travel fee of $25 dollars.
Please be advised that all children and pets must be supervisored while cleaning is taken place. Also all clients must advise the contractor of any pets in the home before service are scheduled.
The company agree's to settle any property demage of theft reported within 24 business hours after services. All complaints are included as well & will be handled once reported within 24 business hours.
The company request full payment by cash, check, zelle or cashapp once services have been completed! NO EXPECPTIONS
For schedule changes or cancellations, clients must notify the contractor within 48 business hours. Otherwise the client must pay the contractor 50 percent of the cost for the service.
If there are any cancellations made by the contractor, there will be a 20 percent discount awarded to the client.
