Welcome to Balanced Therapeutics 💫

What started as a single massage therapist in 2012—just trying to rebuild and survive after a divorce—has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

There was no big plan. No grand vision.
Just a desire to help people… and to create a life that felt stable, meaningful, and mine.

Over the years, that small beginning has grown into a full wellness practice—an incredible team of practitioners, a space filled with healing, and a community I’m so grateful to be part of.

Balanced Therapeutics is more than a business.
It’s a place where people come to feel better, be heard, and take care of themselves.

And somehow, in the process, it helped me do the same. 💛
