Cassie is now offering standalone Red Light Therapy sessions during the week, making it even easier to fit a little extra wellness into your schedule.

Red light therapy uses near-infrared light to help reduce muscle and joint discomfort, support recovery, and promote overall relaxation—all in a simple, non-invasive session.

With her warm, caring presence and dedication to helping others feel their best, Cassie creates a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client.
