Dr. Ashley Jones and Dr. Lisa Yanni are excited to provide gentle, effective care to Trenton, Jones County, and the surrounding areas. Dr. Jones has Advanced Proficiency training in the Activator Methods adjusting technique, which is a gentle, low force technique which can be used on patients of all ages. We also offer low level laser therapy-a non-invasive, side effect-free technology which can offer additional pain relief, speed up tissue healing, and increase tissue strength in injured areas. Dr. Yanni is trained in Diversified, Thompson, and soft tissue work. She also incorporates therapeutic exercises to rehabilitate muscles and joints post-injury or post-surgery. We also offer massage therapy as an adjunct to care or if you would simply like to schedule a massage, feel free to call and schedule and appointment. Dr. Jones and Dr. Yanni are both FMCSA-certified medical examiners and are available to provide affordable, convenient DOT physicals for CDL drivers. Appointments are typically available same day or the next day.

***Walk-In Policy***
We are happy to accomodate walk-in patients for our established patients, with the exception of a new injury. For new patients, DOT physicals, or a new injury, we do ask that you call and schedule an appointment. This is to ensure that we are able to devote time to evaluate your issue properly, which will allow us to provide you with appropriate care.

Good morning! We are yet again having issues with our phones at the office. We are able to receive calls but are having difficulty with making outgoing calls. Please bear with us as we wait on technical support.

There is currently a power outage in downtown Trenton, including our office. We will be monitoring updates from Duke and will hopefully be back open later this afternoon. The estimate time for restoration of power is 4:00p.

UPDATE: as many of you are aware, the FMCSA recently implemented a new method for submitting medical examination results. Due to the challenges that have been present during this transition, the FMCSA issued a temporary waiver allowing CDL holders to continue relying on a paper copy of the medical examiner's certificate as proof of medical certification for up to 15 days after the certificate was issued. The agency modified this waiver on August 21, 2025, to allow CDL holders, CLP holders, and motor carriers to rely on the paper copy of the medical examiner’s certificate as proof of the driver’s medical certification for up to 60 days after the date the medical examiner’s certificate was issued. The FMCSA determined that modifying the initial waiver is in the public interest to prevent undue hardship on drivers with valid medical certification and their employers due to potential processing delays outside of their control during this transition period. Happy Monday everyone! As most of us are aware, Hurricane Erin will be passing off the coast around Wednesday this week. While it appears there is little threat of major impacts to inland NC, we will continue to closely monitor the forecast and keep our patients up to date with any changes to our schedule. Praying for your safety as Erin passes by, as well as for the rest of this hurricane season!
