LEFT - KING/SWORDS - We begin today with a pair of Court cards. Our first is the master of the suit of our intellect and decision making. This man is the picture of authority and he is quite comfortable making decisions. And his aim in his decisions is the common good. Tarot asks us today to think about the decisions we make today. Let us stop and think of the common good before we finalize those decisions. This can be a new path towards good for all concerned.
CENTER - KNIGHT/CUPS - Here we have every teenaged girl's favorite fantasy - the KNIGHT in shining armor who will whisk her away. True this fellow is the epitome of romance. He follows his heart wherever he goes. The down side is he rarely makes a commitment. He is in love with love and keeps chasing his dream. Tarot asks us today to fall in love all over again - with that special person, your poorly behaved pet or even yourself. The trick is the commitment Love makes all things more beautiful - especially when we can rely on it.

LEFT - Fire and passion starts our day. Here we see the charming and fiery KNIGHT from the suit of our creative passions. This fellow is filled with ambition to impress the KING and QUEEN, yet his strategies seem to be too helter-skelter to reach the goal. He makes a charming and witty personality at Court but lacks follow through! Tarot urges us today to look carefully at our motivations and plans to complete our tasks for this day. They may not call for a flashy display. Today may be the day to just get the job done!
CENTER 4/CUPS - Here we see a figure who is surrounded by the living energy of animals yet he makes no effort to engage with them. He seems to be in his own world. Tarot asks us today to engage with life. All we need to do is turn our head and we will see the gift of a CUP being offered by an emissary from the Divine. Today is not the day to ignore this gift!
RIGHT - THE LOVERS - We see here a man and woman who have found each other. They seem to be delighted with the future and an angel is showering them with blessings. Tarot reminds us today that our deep loving relationships are what keep our lives humming along. Let us make the effort today to appreciate those who make our lives whole. She cares for her 2 doves who are symbols of devotion and she carries her notebook and quill with her so that she may enter observations of the beauty of nature. She is dedicated to her creativity. Tarot asks us today to recommit to those we hold dear and observe the gift of the Universe during the beautiful Spring day.
CENTER - Here we have another woman who gathers her strength from the physical world. She is the epitome of the earth goddess. Everything we see in this image is alive with possibilities and expansion - the fruits and flowers, her baby and of course the bunnies! Tarot asks us today to honor and appreciate the gift of our home - planet Earth. Treat it with devotion and respect!

CENTER - KING/CUPS - Despite the chaos swirling around him, this KING sis comfortably. He enjoys his position as Father to all his subjects. Tarot asks us today to enjoy the role we play in life, whether father, mother or friend. We begin the month of March with a trio of lovely women bringing us good news! Spring is on the horizon!
LEFT THE WORLD - We start the day with a significant card. This card is the culmination of the Major Arcana. All has come full circle. Yes we can put winter behind us! There may be a few rogue days of snow, yet we are on our way to sprouts poking up! Let us look forward to the new season with hope and a commitment to refresh ourselves and those we love. It is the season of renewal!
CENTER - And this lovely woman is here to offer us the options of our renewal. She asks us to use our imagination in taking the next steps. We have options ahead of us - explore each as the starting point for our imagination and the fly with the one that rings true!

Saturday's Guidance
Today is the last day of February and I wanted to let you know the information about our cards for the month. No surprise that CUPS was the suite that appeared the most often in our daily 3 card spread, with 27 appearances. The most common Major Arcana card was # XIII DEATH. I think that this card is telling.us that - at last - February is finished!
Now for the today's guidance -
LEFT 6/ CUPS - This card is often referred to as Tarot's card of nostalgia. Yet I feel it has lessons for us in today's energy. We see 2 children playing. They seem to have a deep association with each other. Tarot is telling us that this innocent energy is what we can bring to today's relationship. We can openly accept a special person for who they are, right here and right now with no expectations. This kind of acceptance leads to deep inner peace.
CENTER - KNIGHT/ COINS - Here we have the KNIGHT who does not follow the romantic lore of the past. This fellow is no out slaying dragons rather he finds great satisfaction in caring for the miniutia of life at Court. Tarot urges us with this card to tend to the details today. When we do this the BIG things behave and fall into place. This is the gift from this KNIGHT.
RIGHT - # X WHEEL OF FORTUNE - Our Major Arcana card for today is the card of that urges us to understand the rhythm of life. All of the movement of turns from good to not-so-good and then back to good. Nothing - whether it is good or otherwise lasts forever. This acceptance is a difficult one . We would like all of life to rest in the nostalgia of card 1 and we would rather not have to do the mundane as in card 2 , yet both are essential to the process and progress of our life today.

Friday's Guidance:
LEFT - JUSTICE - We begin today where we ended yesterday with the Major Arcana focusing on JUSTICE. But you will notice that the card yesterday and today's card have different numbers. This is because at some point in the past - early 20th century - the numbers, VIII and XI were switched and then later switched back. I proceed with the number that the card gives us.
So our focus today is again on fairness. This attitude can takes many guises - settling old debts is a good one for today. Do we have a money situation that is hanging out. It could be from years ago or yesterday. Money can make for bitterness between people. Today is the perfect day to bring that situation into the alignment of JUSTICE for all concerned.
CENTER - 7/CUPS - Here we see a figure who is offering us an array of possibilities for the next step forward in our lives. We are gifted with limitless possibilities in our lives. Our job is not to fantasize about something inherently unattainable, but the evaluate the options in front of us today and then ask for guidance to take the next step. The Universe will guide us to the correct path.
RIGHT - 4/ COINS - Here we see a figure who is very concerned with money and she keeps her's.as close as possible so that no one will sn**ch any coin from her. We must always remember that our resources are a form of energy and it is the nature of energy to move. Today let us loosen our grip!

LEFT - 3/SWORDS - Today begins on a sad note. This is Tarot's card of heartbreak. The cards are telling us today that we may have to say goodbye to a situation that was once good and now no longer suits our needs. Because of the action we need to take today, others may feel abandoned and we may feel guilty. We must pay attention to what is best for all concerned.
CENTER - And here we have Tarot's card of taking responsibility. After careful study, we must act in the way that is most favorable for all concerned. This decision requires thought and a sensitivity for all involved. We are capable of bringing about a just resolution.
RIGHT - QUEEN/ COINS - Here we see the beautiful QUEEN of our resources. She is ready to nuture us after we have faced the issue and have resolved it successfully for all parties. This day may have it challenges yet we will handle them with grace and sensitivity for all.
