Spending time with animals has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve overall emotional well-being. For many seniors, pet visits help decrease feelings of loneliness and depression while encouraging social interaction and communication.

Beyond emotional benefits, pet therapy can also motivate gentle movement, improve focus, and spark joyful memories. 💙
