Case Review: 21-Year-Old Female Patient

The patient presented with congenitally missing teeth at the #7 and #10 positions. She expressed dissatisfaction with an existing fixed bridge and desired implant-supported restorations as a definitive solution.
Autogenous bone was harvested from the mandibular ramus buccal shelf and utilized to perform a monocortical block graft, providing enhanced ridge stability and volume to support future implant placement. At the 4-month postoperative evaluation, the graft sites demonstrated successful integration and sufficient bone regeneration, allowing for the placement of two dental implants in the previously deficient sites.
