✅ Pause and reflect: Take a moment to acknowledge your progress and how far you’ve come this year.
✅ Prioritize peace: Let go of what doesn’t serve you and create space for calm in your life.
✅ Set boundaries: Protect your energy by saying "no" to what drains you and "yes" to what fuels you.
✅ Make space for joy: Embrace the little moments that bring happiness and connection.
✅ Practice gratitude: Focus on the good around you, even in small, simple ways.
🚫 Negative self-talk: Be mindful of how you speak to yourself and choose kindness instead.
🚫 Overthinking: Release the mental spiral and trust yourself to handle what comes your way.
