My goal is to find the perfect pressure—deep enough to reset your muscles but never so intense that it’s painful. I blend an evidence-based approach with intuition, tailoring each session to what your body needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, pain, or just need a reset, I help you move better and feel better. Massage is in my blood—I’m a second-generation therapist, and I was in my mom’s belly when she was in massage school 30 years ago. With nearly a decade of experience myself (LMT #25051), I know how to work with your body, not against it. Imagine waking up from a good night's sleep free from tension and discomfort. I had big huge plans for all the winter holiday marketing I was gonna do and end this year hitting all my private practice goals. 😤Aaaaand literally none of that actually happened. 💀 It’s been one of the slowest months I’ve had this year.

But you know what? I’m fine with that. I get to work with my amazing regular clients who I love so much, and it’s just a bonus when somebody new finds me. I get to spend more time with my friends and family, who are all so precious to me.

My Capricorn is saying “climb that mountain!” But the soft flesh of my body is saying “look how dark it’s getting. Time to slow down”. Gotta practice what I preach, right?

Custom topicals 🥒🥑🥥🌶️🫚🥛🍃

I am a lotion aficionado and love customizing what we use for your body! My go-to mix is a hypoallergenic unscented massage cream combined with local made goat milk butter from and a few drops of your choice of aromatherapy essential oil. ☺️

If we work on the face I use a goat milk facial lotion so avoid breakouts.

Got your own favorites? I am happy to use whatever you have at your home. People have had me include extra strength tiger balm, CBD+arnica blends, their trusted lotion, jojoba oil, whipped body butter, and more.

I have no allergies or sensitivity so I am able to work with whatever you have. 🤗

Cleanliness and sanitation are important to me so I have a dedicated lotion spatula for scooping. 😷 No cross contamination here!
